Great spot for a Copenhagen visit just on the edge

Got an upgrade which was great, and the hotel is lovely inside and fantastic to stay at. The exterior and foyer area is a bit run down, but otherwise fantastic. Mini bar prices are really good so you can have a beer without the fear of being ruined. There's some shops nearby, and some of the best beer bars in the area.

2nd time visit to Tivoli , location good. Was told on arrival we had been upgraded yet room appeared smaller than last year except we had a small balcony right next to the heating duct. We was told on arrival that rooms wasn’t cleaned everyday which was fine we asked just to be cle on the Saturday.which it wasn’t paper cups for hot drinks with un drinkable coffee and powdered crème. Really not as good as previous visit

Breakfast was a bit busy and chaotic on Saturday but seemed fine on Sunday and Monday. I would also have preferred a proper shower instead of one over a bath. Apart from that, it was a lovely hotel and we looooooved Copenhagen!!
