We were on the 2nd floor and whoever was on the 3rd was stomping really loud super early in the morning. The legs of the bed protruded past the mattress and rudely met my pink toe a couple times

My Favorite Storm-Watching Place

We had a one-night winter stopover because we wanted to sit by a fireplace and watch stormy weather over the beach, and this hotel does not disappoint. Beds are comfy, the place is clean and inviting, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in the lobby. Check out was just as pleasant. The room was perfect...great view, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We are already planning on our next stay at the Grey Gull!

Room with a view

Loved our stay at the Grey Gull. The room was just like we saw in the photos and the views from the room of the ocean were a delight. The only disappointment was that the the trail to the beach from the hotel is not passable this time of year due to the ponds of water that are blocking trail passage.
