The only think I didnt like is our room was right above the front entrance. This is apparently where the smokers congregate. They were very loud talkers.You could hear them from the room late into the night and starting around 5am.

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, and there was easy access to the tram to get into the downtown area. Ride shares were also easy to get here.

I was scammed for van gogh tickets and rijksmuseum tickets using the hotels website. My money was taken and I got no tickets. I am still waiting for a refund. I will probably have to go my bank and report it as fraud. I got no confirmation email about the tickets either. Where is my money?
