There are many things to like about this Novotel property. The best being the staff. They were incredibly helpful during the 750 anniversary of Amsterdam (which virtually shut down the interstate and public transport). They assured us a van that could get us to the airport. Every staff member was extremly kind and helpful. The other positives were the proximinty to public transport. We were able to get in and out of the city in 20 min and only 2 stops to the airport. Nice and safe area as well. The negatives of the property are the small sizes of the rooms, which may be standard now. I used to stay in Novotels as a child all over France and the rooms were much larger. As my son stated, the rooms feel like cabins on a cruise ship and the hallway looks the same. The rooms could use a refurbish as well. They are clean, but showing age. Overall, an enjoyable stay due to the staff. I also acknowledge that big cities have smaller rooms.

A wonderful stay. Located outside of city center, but super easy to get public transportation at the RAI. Can't say enough nice things about the staff, so personable and accommodating. would definitely recommend and definitely come back.
