Whoever was answering the phones at 2 am, and called me love muffin. Fantastic customer service, I will never forget the amazing customer service I had here. Will definitely be returning again and again. Rooms were super comfortable, amazing sizes, comfortable beds, best sleep I’ve had in months. The bathroom shower was immaculate. The whole resort was fantastic from the room to the casino and everything in between.

The room was not very clean , the carpet in the hallways were dirty. The elevators did not require a scan of the room key,so anyone could have gone to the rooms.To top it off Harrahs charged for parking, even though we were a paving guest.

I rented two non-smoking rooms, and one of them still smelled of smoke, and the other room didn't work the air conditioning. Customer service was terrible. We called and no one answered the phone. We had to go down to the front desk to have them resolve the problem.
