This hotel has some nice amenities if you’re traveling with kids. It’s close to the pier. However. The rooms are quite small and noisy! Our bathroom had no counter, just a sink like a truck stop bathroom. No where for make up or hair tools. I thought that was weird since it had the space. We got one of the loudest rooms available I guess. We were put in a room where the headboard was against the mechanical room. The whines and vibrations went on all night long. Couldn’t be moved because they were sold out. None of us slept, the ac never worked and the beds were hard as rocks.

The room was a little on the small side, even with a king size bed. Navigating from the room to the elevator to the lobby and to outside was tricky. No room service. I was on the 2nd floor but it seemed more like it was ground level as my window looked right out to parked cars. For the pluses, the staff was extremely helpful. The showers were phenomenal. The distance to Pier 39 was appealing.

Location, Location, Location. Best hotel if you are on vacation. Best Location. You will have EVERYTHING just within walking distance.

The light in the bathroom was out and they came and fixed it the next morning and then after that it kept working at times and then it kept going out, so I ended having to get ready with very minimal light. Parking is very tight and I wish that all parking area was covered for the price because pigeons pooped on my car as well as on my son while he was playing connect four. Need to add something so that the pigeons can’t sit near the games. For being a four star hotel, the outside game area needs some upkeep especially with all the pigeon poop.

Fun Hotel. Recommend it.

This hotel was a great place to stay. When we had down time, you can play pool, ping pong, giant Jenga and more all for FREE in the lobby area. Nice fire pits too. There is a restaurant/bar on the adjacent property that you can get to from the hotel courtyard, very nice option to have. While our room was a bit small and cramped, it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place.

There are charges for parking etc but that is to be expected in San Francisco. Great location and comfortable. The up charge for the view is worth it.

Great property if you have kids or want a convenient location for sightseeing. However, because it’s close to the piers and wharf, it’s always noisy and lots of populated. The neighborhood isn’t squeaky clean but the hotel does a good job trying to keep their property front clean.

I think it needs some updating. Staff were great. Stairwells needed cleaning. Definitely a family oriented place . Location is convenient and easily walkable to local attractions.
