Ihana vanha koti 4 korttelin päässä kaupungista, kokonaan uusittu vuonna 2018. Kolme makuuhuonetta, oma kylpyhuone ja liukulasiovi suurelle kannelle ja kylpytynnyri 8 hengelle. Makuuhuoneessa 2 on 3/4 täysikokoinen sänky ja parivuode, makuuhuoneessa 3 on pari erillistä vuodetta. Kaikki vuodevaatteet ovat uusia Jameson Marriott viiden tähden patjoja. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on kaunis kaakelihaude. Denissä on täysikokoinen taitettava vuodesohva ylivuotoa varten tai lapset, jotka haluavat pysyä myöhässä ja katsella elokuvaa Netflixissä tai videokirjastosta. Talo on lähellä musiikkikeskusta ja vain 4 lyhyen korttelin päässä kaupungin keskustasta, jotta voit kävellä hienoihin ravintoloihin, kauppoihin ja panimoihin.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Transylvania Heritage Museum. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas, pyykinpesutilat ja pelihalli/-huone. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Perfect location and great yard

This house is perfectly located, a few blocks from downtown Brevard and the many great restaurants and stores there, and also close to the lumberyard district, which is home to Morning Social, ( a great brunch.place), a good pizza place, a wonderful microbrewery and music club, and a fantastic ice cream trailer. The backyard of the house is beautiful and well fenced, perfect for a dog to run around and chase the ball. The owner was very responsive when we had occasional questions, and has fully equipped the house for cooking and fun activities.

Great find!

House had everything our family of four (dog) needed for a wonderful getaway in Brevard. Kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need for preparing meals. Hot tub and game selection were great to have available. Bike Barn for securing mountain bikes was a huge plus for our trip. Host has anticipated and provided for all guest needs. We will return.

Great choice

The location is perfect. The space inside and out is great. We enjoyed daily walks with our dogs. It is a quiet neighborhood. It was a comfortable house. Another wonderful place to stay in Brevard.

It was great

We really enjoyed playing bumper pool! Enjoyed Thanksgiving with our son who lives in Brevard and went to High Falls. The only thing we needed and didn’t think to bring was a hdmi cable so we could watch our home team play football and basketball on the tv rather than our laptop.

Quaint home that met all of our needs!

John and Susie were was amazing hosts! From the easy checkin process, to wine/beer/chocolate to greet us, to TONS of games/cards, and an awesome hot tub! Fenced in back yard was a bonus since I brought our little dog. Upon leaving we were asked to do minimal tasks which aided in us still sleeping late and gone by 11am! While we didn't use the bikes, that was an added bonus!

Looking forward to our next stay!

The house is centrally located within easy walking distance to downtown and the Lumber Arts District, home to a brewery and restaurants. Pisgah National Forest and Du Pont State Park is only a short drive away. The house has been nicely renovated, and was clean and well stocked. We found the beds very comfortable. The internet was a little slow but was useable. The only small thing I would recommend to the host, is to change the curtains in the bedrooms to blackout ones. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Place in Brevard

We loved the Game house! It was so well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy towels were super soft Water pressure was awesome Hot tub was nice Fire pit was great The game room was perfect for our family The fireplace in the living room is an added plus Location and owner are great! Relaxing Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at this rental! The house was overall well-appointed with a stocked kitchen, bathrooms and game room! Beds were very comfortable as well! Communication with the owner was seamless! Enjoyed the fireplace as it was a little chilly for our visit! Always appreciate a rental that welcomes our older well-behaved dog! Would highly recommend!

Amazing property and owner

This property is updated with all the amenities you need. Kitchen is very well stocked. Even had coffee. Plenty of towels for hot tub and showers. All the beds were comfortable. Game room provides entertainment for all ages. Owner was accessible before, during and after the trip for questions. Neighborhood is walkable. We hope to stay there again.

Great location

The house and beds are welcoming and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the deck and yard are fantastic. But as good as all this is, the location beats them all. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee, bakeries, breweries, shopping.

Mountain escape from Florida

We had an almost 4yr old with us and other family staying close by with a three and a five year old. The kids really enjoyed having toys to play with. I really enjoyed being close to town and easy walking neighborhood.

White Squirrel Trip

Our stay was wonderful! John and his wife are great hosts and stay in communication very well. The house is exactly how it was listed. Beds were great, cleanliness was exceptional. The game room was perfect as my son loved the three in one game table. It was a big hit. Best part of all I even enjoyed seeing a white squirrel in the yard. Definitely a nice vacation and a nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend this house if you want to relax and enjoy family fun! Thank you John!

Birthday getaway

We 100% enjoyed our stay and am so glad I decided on this house for our weekend in Brevard. We easily walked into town everyday for shopping and dinner. Then, walked to a bar and home from there! The location can’t be beat. Hot tub was clean and a relaxing way to end the day. So many towels and the home was very well supplied with anything you could need! Lovely!

Best place to stay in Brevard

This cozy home is perfect! I came with a couple of friends for a few days in April, came with a different friend for a few days in July and have just booked it again in October to bring my family. It's so close to everything in Brevard! Other than one trip into Pisgah Forest to hike, we didn't move the car the 3 days we were there. There are many excellent local restaurants as well as fun shops. The paved bike path is a couple of blocks from the house so we took advantage of that as well. Thank you, John, for the hospitality!
