Nice place away from the hotel zone of Cancun. Facility could use more shuttle buses to downtown and back. Otherwise it’s an Uber trip. Dining facilities very limited at the hotel and surrounding area.

Place is nice . Unfortunately this hotel has no access to the beach. Their shuttle can take to the nearest beach but you will have to get your own ride back to the hotel.

This place is a bit far from the hotel zone. You should rent a car. But the facility was pretty clean. If you have a plan for a road trip around Cancun. this hotel offers reasonable prices compared to the all-inclusive hotels.

The property was very clean and safe. The breakfast offered everyday was excellent. The roof restaurant did not provide any changes to the menu. The kitchen area was very good for cooking in. The area is remote and a car is necessary

Faby, the receptionist, is very respectful, kind, and responsive. The hotel's location is very far from the Hotel Zone and there is no bus from the hotel to the hotel zone or beaches. The shuttle in the hotel takes the guests to the hotel zone in just 4 specific times in the morning. There is no afternoon transfer and there is no return to hotel transfer. I won't recommend this hotel to my friends.
