The lady at the front desk was very rude. There were dead bugs behind the door in our suite. The room was very dusty. The sheets that were left for the couch bed would not fit. I had to request bedding. The $10 charge to park at the hotel while your staying for the night is ridiculous! Plus side it was convenient to the port.

A basic hotel, that seems a tad pricey. Room was clean and large. Two folks working check-in. Various times walking thru the lobby there were lines. Elevators seem small. Hotel minutes from the ports. Lots of eateries nearby. Asked for no connecting room. Employee said didn’t have any. Of course my room was connecting. Still, it was quiet. Had taken two showers, the first in the evening. Long time for the hot water to kick in. During the morning shower I waited…and waited. I then started to wash when water cool as didn’t want to live there. Water ultimately got warm, though not hot. Overall hotel was fine.

The property was nice and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. It did get very crowded when the cruise ship crowd arrived and pretty much took over the pool and dining areas. Breakfast was terrible and shouldn't be considered an amenity.
