Home features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full living rooms, large kitchen, fenced yard, a large deck, and stainless steel grill that is perfect for cooking out. Home has HIGH speed wireless internet service 600bpm and Cable TV. Home is located in a community with a neighborhood pool. As you enter the subdivision, you are welcomed by a large stocked fishing pond. For BEST response to questions or concerns about the property, please E-mail the owner. Home is 12 minutes to Lakepoint Sports facility.
The property adjoins an 1800s family cemetery. Its hardly visible from the house or yard unless you are looking for it. If you are a history buff and want to research the "Smith" family, you can find limited information on Google. If you fearful of cemeteries, this is not the house for you.
