This is my wife's and I annual trip into Charlotte to Watch the Cavs play. We have stayed at this hotel for the last three trips since it is in walking distance of the Sprectrum. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The roof top restaurant and bar are a plus

Parking is not convient. The only option is valet parking. The address on the booking was not the address needed for driving directions, which led to us going around in circles before finding the correct entry. There was renovations which weren't too big of an issue. It is right in town but not the best location for walking in town for food so we ended up using door dash. Traffic was noisy. A fan or something would be helpful. I did not get a good nights sleep.

Nice, but under vast construction

Pretty good overall, but was under a ton of construction. I wish that was noted before booking because it definitely made a difference in the experience. The location as wonderful and the room itself was really nice. No complaints at all- other than the gym was unavailable due to the construction. Breakfast was ok, but noisy again due to construction. The coffee though… not great. Maybe just an off morning? Overall I’m happy with the stay for sure.

The Hyatt Place was in a nice location, easy walking to the park. The facility was clean and the room was very spacious with beautiful views. It appeared that they were in the middle of a renovation on the 10th floor check in where breakfast is served, but that did not take away from breakfast spread. Quality stay.

We came to town for a game and stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were tip-top and unbelievably comfy. There was a bit of renovations going on, but wasnt a hindrance. The breakfast buffet was way above par, with the only negative being the lack of seating and space while the renovations were taking place.

There is a bit of construction happening inside the hotel. Didn’t affect us. When we checked into our room it had a horrible smoking smell. The hotel is a non smoking hotel. What I did like the reservation’s desk assigned us a new room right away and it was great and called and checked to make sure all was good. Would stay again!
