J’ai toujours Ă©tĂ© bien dans les ibis mais celui ci n’est Pas trĂšs confortable. On dirait plus que ça fait chambre d’étudiant. MĂȘme les mini dentifrice par exemple que plusieurs ibis proposent , il y en avait pas. HĂŽtel pas trĂšs insonorisĂ©, au petit matin les bruits et voix des voisins s’entendaient Ă©normĂ©ment dans la chambre. De plus l'hĂŽtel est aussi en travaux donc au petit matin les bruits des travaux rĂ©veillent tout le monde dĂšs 7h30. J’ai demandĂ© Ă  la dame d’accueil si je peux photocopier un document, simple geste courtois , elle m’a dit que ça couterait 0,30€. Puis quand je lui ai dit que je loge Ă  l’hĂŽtel afin de savoir si elle peut me faire la photocopie de maniĂšre courtoise, elle m’a dit qu’elle ne savait pas que je logeais sur place , qu’elle pensait que je venais de l’extĂ©rieur, et elle m’a quand mĂȘme fait payer la copie. Je ne suis pas Ă  0,30€ prĂšs mais je trouve ce geste pas trĂšs Ă©lĂ©gant pour client qui paie dĂ©jĂ  80€ la nuit. En marketing c’est une petite faute professionnelle ; ce sont la courtoise et la gentillesse qui donnent envie au client de revenir Le petit dĂ©jeuner coĂ»te assez cher donc on n’en a pas pris, d’autant plus qu’à 100 mĂštres de l’hĂŽtel il y’a une boulangerie artisanale bien moins chĂšre . CĂŽtĂ© point positif, l’hĂŽtel par contre est Ă  proximitĂ© de la gare donc pratique. La chambre Ă©tait propre (j’ai pris soin de prĂ©ciser ce dĂ©tail lors de la rĂ©servation car des mauvaises surprises j’en ai eues). L’entrĂ©e de l’hĂŽtel est un peu glauque

HĂŽtel trĂšs trĂšs ancien. Le prix de la chambre est disproportionnĂ© par rapport Ă  la modernitĂ© de la chambre. Des odeurs dans les sanitaires. TĂ©lĂ©vision qui ne tient pas debout. Bref, hĂŽtel en ruine et qui n’est pas prĂȘt d’ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©. A 100€ la nuit, d’autres hĂŽtels font beaucoup mieux. La chaĂźne d’hĂŽtel IBIS fait partie le ancien monde avec des prix du nouveau.
