The hotel is in poor condition. If you drop a rental car off, it will take you upwards to an 45 minutes to make it to the hotel lobby. Not a place I would recommend.

For an overnight stay before a flight, this hotel was perfect. Surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. Only issue (and it's minor): bathroom floor had not been swept; there was lots of long black hairs on the floor and not just random hair or two.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel room is dated. No soap provided in the room. Heating keeps turning on and off - making the room either too hot or too cold. Cleanliness is acceptable, but not great. Location is conveniently located, connected with the airport terminal.

Simply the best place to stay before a week away on vacation. Drive in the night before, park in the G Lot and stay at the ORD Hilton. Just walk to your gate in the AM and enjoy your vacation. It's not that expensive. Especially when you consider parking at the other hotels is $40/night
