Front desk personnel were very nice and very helpful!! Breakfast was very good and the staff there were great!! Floor in room was dirty though. And they need a rug or something by the bed, because when going barefoot, dirt sticks to your feet and then gets in the bed. I loved that they had pump bottles of soap, etc, which is so much better than all those teeny containers and wrappers ruining our planet. And I love that they PUMP vs squeeze as other hotels have, because the squeeze kind requires two hands when sometimes both your hands are unavailable. Front desk was busy so I had requested my bed to be made directly with the cleaning staff since they were right outside my room. But it wasn't done because apparently you HAVE to request it thru the front desk. Can't figure out why on that. I loved that they had a little room where you could purchase snacks, little frozen meals, wine, and even ice cream. Esp since it was Thanksgiving and nothing was open. They even have a little wine social in the evenings which was very nice!

Super nice staff. Gave me a ground floor room like I requested, right next to the side door so I could take my furry friend out to do her business. Also accommodated my late check out request so I could get an out patient procedure done at the hospital. Been staying here for years...will return. My only issue....no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
