Food was nasty the bedroom was dirty and noisy and I did not get the room I asked for. The pool was dirty. The breakfast was subpar any items was locked that should have been open. I could not get a physical receipt or emailed one. Not a good experience at all.

The staff was amazing to start. But once I took my children to the pool. 1.it was an ice box and my sons lips were dark blue in minutes, 2. There was zero towels in the pool area and in e I asked for some, after 35 minutes they still never brought any. I brought it up to the front desk again, and they said sorry I forgot.

stayed over the weekend for my daughters softball tournament. i knew as soon as i stepped off the elevators that the rooms weren’t gonna be good. the hallways were super dirty. room was really small. floors were stained. mirror on wall was cracked. there was filth on the toilet seat and hair on the floor behind toilet. bathtub had cigarette burns all over it. the swimming pool was ICE COLD. i booked this hotel because it was affordable with a pool for the kids and there seemed to be some good reviews about it. i asked the front desk lady about the pool temperature and she said “oh it was broke last week but i thought they fixed it”. it was apparent that she was giving me an answer so i’d walk away. we had to leave 30 minutes before breakfast and they wouldn’t give us anything to grab n’ go (like a banana). it was an awful experience. spend the extra $20 and go somewhere else. i sure wish i did.

It was good, except the roomed smelled. The smell cleared out after running the A/C fan for a while. Also, a dirty washcloth from the previous occupant was left in the shower.

Electricity went out in the area. Ceiling was leaking in the lobby. Pretty heavy storm did damage. There was only one person there to assist all of the customers. She had to walk customers by herself to the third floor in the dark. She was obviously afraid. The manager was not there to help her.
