The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel felt safe and was quiet too. It looks like an older hotel but it’s kept up and was clean. The beds were medium firmness and comfortable for an average weight person.

The location was great, close to different eateries and a grocery store was a plus because the hotel store was very lacking. The hotel itself could use some renovations. The cleaning staff I encountered was rather rude. I was grateful that was able to extend unexpectedly, but it was at a ridiculous higher rate. I felt like the person in room above me was going to come thru the ceiling, stomping slamming cabinet doors. I probably wouldn’t suggest this property.

First thing at check in you are told parking is $10 unless you join their rewards club. Then, internet didn’t work as described. Broken tiles with sharp jagged pieces sticking out in the bathroom. Uncleaned areas in the room. Broken parts of the air conditioner.

Room was clean and comfortable. In-room ice maker didn't work and there was no other ice option. Parking lot was full of large work vehicles including cement trucks and a flat bed making parking difficult. Toilet handle was broken and they were aware of it before i checked in. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Free laundry facilities was a bonus.

I’m happy to pay the pet fee. Had 2 dogs with me. Got there really late, 5am, and it was exactly what we needed. We slept for a few hours, then went on our way. Hard floors were GREAT for dog mess!
