Simply "not so" Suites

We checked in on Friday night, check in was fine, until we got to the room. Opened the door and first thing was dirt and food crumbs on the hard wood floor, obviously not cleaned. The recliner did not work, carpet stained and frayed, and someone had taken lotion and smeared it all over the bathroom picture! How could cleaning have missed any of this! This hotel should be called Extended Stay Contruction Workers, since that is what they are catering to.

This was our first time ever staying at a sonesta. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was clean, the check in staff was super nice and efficient. The room had everything would could need and was comfortable. A real home away from home feel.
