Hotel was booked up and we had the handicap room. Shower wand wouldn’t stay attached to the wall, low water pressure. A lot of foot traffic in the morning because the room is next to the office. Modern style and nice beach access.

All the staff were friendly and willing to help in any way. Room was clean, nicely decorated, had enough plates, utensils, towels, soaps plus a wonderful espresso maker. Parking is s right outside the rooms so easy to unload and load suitcases. Views of the ocean from every room. I would definitely stay here again

Would definitely stay again! Hotel room decor was well designed. Had everything you could need as a traveler including cooktop, coffee maker, dish washer and microwave! The property owners clearly cared about renovating this place; our stay was beautiful. Only drawback (which property cannot control) are loud neighbors. Each room’s door faces outside and it can become loud in the morning with inconsiderate, noisy talking guests. Also, the cleaners need to sweep better. I will be returning for another trip.

The GM Daylin is really great. Please give him a raise!!!! Seriously this place is primo and so so well stocked and beautifully clean just steps from the beautiful Atlantic. The beach is pristine. This place is now my go-to for the best beach vaca possible!

The customer service was top notch! I had a few small mechanical issues with my room, but they jumped into action to get me moved to another room quickly and cheerfully. The room was clean and comfortable, and right on the water. I used this room as an overnight getaway from the other side of the county, and I will will be back for sure!

Problem with the room I paid for in the app and the one they first gave us. The answer was that the app didn't have the correct information about the hotel. Finally, after waiting for the manager's answer and creating a claim with Expedia, they gave us a one-bedroom with an ocean view, but this one didn't have a sofa, just one bed. Nice hotel, but really bad communication between the room we paid for and the one they gave us.
