Staff was wonderful but when you have heavy luggage and given a room on the second floor and no elevators working and only one hanger in the room and was told there are no more hangers at all. I'll leave it there.

The room was clean but it was in need of alot of repair. The bathroom has alot of damage on the ceiling which appeared to be from water damage. The paint was all cracked and the walls were not in the best of conditions either. The staff was very courteous and helpful in general. The elevator was out of order and i was given a room on the 1st floor to accomodate myself better as well.

I travel a lot but this hotel was something I wouldn’t expect to encounter. The first room I was given the bathroom /tub was in terrible conditions- toilet paper holder was broken, shower was old and dated. Room had a smell like if the room had been there without being cleaned or used for a very long time. Hallways had stains on the carpets… it was not pleasant. Second bedroom- was clean. Nothing broken but nothing new either. But hallways were not nice on that floor either. Hotel needs a deep dive revamp. Pictures online are not what you get. It was convenient location near airport, bed was comfortable and despite the proximity to the airport I didn’t get bothered by the airplane noises. Do I recommend? Only if you can bypass all the things that are broken and outdated … and if you don’t care about breakfast …. If you can’t bypass book elsewhere. If you just want to sleep … then go ahead and book it !
