Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when we checked in. Seemed more annoyed when we informed her there were no towels in the pool area. Kids running around the property knocking on doors at 10pm. Sign on the desk about pet fees contradicting to what it says online (we didn’t have one this time but might in the future).

One of the best hotels i ever stay at. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Polite staff. Manager went above and beyond. Room was the best one we stayed in. Found our hotel for Dickenson and the only hotel.
