I want to precursor the rest of this review by saying that I hardly ever leave reviews. So take this SERIOUS!!! As a single momma to two little ones, along with a pup, I was extremely EXHAUSTED arriving at the hotel after driving from NY in a torrential rain storm for 8 hours straight. However, from the minute I entered the hotel, I couldn’t have been more relaxed, comfortable and happy. Ms. Stephanie at the front desk is by far the most amazing human being I have ever met!!! My son was extremely rambunctious after being cooped up in a car for 8 hours and she went ABOVE and BEYOND what any person needs to do. Not only did she show warmth, kindness and patience, but she treated him like he was one of her own grandchildren. I can’t wait to drive back from Florida and see her again in 5 days!!!! She deserves ALL the promotions in the world and should be considered for a position as a TRAINER for the Hilton brand so that every customer service representative could be as AMAZING at their job as she is!!!! She is an INVALUABLE asset to the brand and company which she represents!!!

The Hampton Brand I enjoy I do not think the customer service works well in the area of Dunn I think the skillset of the front desk team is extremely limited and do not understand how to troubleshoot effectively ( in Dunn)

Good location just off 95 but quiet. Room and bathroom was large. Breakfast was typical. Only issues were that shower did not work well- could not get flow on full and the shampoo dispenser was empty.

Very dated property, for this price. Not at all 3 star. This is more 2 star. Area doesn’t seem safe either. They need to renovate this place and staff need to be friendly with people of colour.

I wouldn't recommend Hampton as a brand to use but in smaller rural communities it's about the only choice which offer the amenities . Its not particularly cleaner or less dog ridden or even have better customer service
