The only thing that was bad was that our room was just under the brekfast room. We could hear the noise from the chairs all over the floor, that was noisey .

The room is big and bed is very good . The room was clean . The room is just out too the pool , that is nice . But we get all the noise from moving chairs from breakfast room that is not good too bee waked that way every morning .?

Air conditioning filters were very dirty and I asked to have them cleaned. Once cleaned the cool a/c air came out and was comfortable. Phones didn't work and the night stand light was broken and no light. I switched with another working bulb and still nothing. Had to use my phone light to walk to the bathroom. Mind you this was a upgrade they gave me for free. Hate to see what the other room would have been. P.S. I was a hotel engineer so this is my professional opinion.

The front desk staff were great, super polite and made sure to keep any visitors that weren’t staying there away. I did have to switch rooms because the shower head was not working properly and there was no maintenance on site for the weekend. My second room smelled like cigarettes when walking in so I immediately notified the front desk to avoid being charged. Other than those minor things it was convenient to the frwy and coffee shops, gas stations etc. Perfect place to stay while visiting Temecula for the weekend. Thank you Best Western!

It was nice and modern carpets oldest thing on the planet and also my tv never connected to the internet and there was 100 dollar deposit i didnt know u needed before going also wont get refunded till 3-5 business days which was a huge bummer after thwy said it was immediately gonna be refunded
