24/7 shuttle was great, except driver wasn’t super clear on drop off locations and had 2 drop offs before us. Double bedroom felt small, humid/urine smell, shower seal peeling. Not what I expected for the cost.

They still have carpets in the rooms and just washed them prior to our arrival. It dmelled musty so i had to take an allergy pill snd make my husband pick up a gel airfreshener to make that olace easier to breathe. Shuttle to airport was fast and sufficient. Oh and if you mistakenly buy a bottle and you need a cork screw opener, dont ask the desk clerk because he jsts send you to spend more money at windixue.

I booked this stay last minute so I didn't know that the stores that look like they are across the street are actually across a highway so they are not so easily accessible. The room was ok but they have a bug problem as soon as we walked in. They have roaches. I took pictures in the room and in the lobby. Another huge thing is that the rugs that are in the halls and rooms smell of mildew and I'm sure there's a mold problem. My kids and I were sneezing the entire stay. As soon as we would step outside to get fresh air, we could breathe again. The ac unit would not cut off during the day and at night would not cut on so the room was extra stuffy at night. The pull out couch was horrible. It needs to be replaced. You could feel and hear the strings fighting for their lives. There was a fire alarm that went off around 10 pm Wednesday night 2/19. I ran to the first floor to see what was going on and immediately smelled gas. I had to run back up to the 4th floor to get my children out of room and outside to wait for the fire dept. The employee on duty was of no help. He did not even let us know when things were OK to go back inside. I had to personally speak to the fire department myself. The breakfast was very repetitive. The same thing every single day can get boring very quickly. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff that was there the entire stay. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
