The rooms are only cleaned after 6 days of occupation. We are accustomed to the hotel room being cleaned daily as is the case at other hotel chains. This significantly affected my comfort level and willingness to stay at this hotel in the future.

The day we checked in on November 9 at approximately 3 o’clock in room 314 our toilet didn’t work. We had to call the front desk go down there numerous times engineer came up didn’t fix it. Another guy came up didn’t fix it and we were told at approximately 9 o’clock at night that we would have to come down to the first floor and use the public toilet if we had to use the bathroom we chose to stay in our room because there was no other room available for us not one single room and we had to fill our toilet up with water from the pitcher in the refrigerator. Every time we had to use the bathroom it was ridiculous disgusting and just completely Unacceptable. We control the next morning. The manager would call us and there has been no call from the manager to give us a partial refund or a full refund or anything. I am still waiting for a call from them.
