Thank you to our guests for awarding us "Premier Partners" and "Super Hosts"!!!This is our latest collaboration, "Sol y Mar II"....Location Location Location! Imagine your home just steps to the ocean with white sand between your toes and glowing emerald water. Relax at the world renown - Fort Myers Beach - just 200 steps from your doorstep via our PRIVATE (NOT PUBLIC) deeded beach entrance. We have one other unit in the same complex listed on VRBO. You can search for it on VRBO "Ready Post Storms! Owners featured on HGTV - Private Terrace!"

Upon entering "Sol y Mar II", you immediately feel the calming ambiance of the decor featuring blues, greys, and whites - the perfect accompaniments to the ocean. You have found your "zen"....Relish in the quiet morning sunrise while sipping a fresh brewed cup of coffee on your private terrace. Soak up the rays of the warm Florida sun and enjoy dining with a family BBQ. At night, appreciate the amazing sunsets of golden oranges and pinks while chatting with a glass of wine.

The unique decor sets "Sol y Mar II" apart from all the others. Appreciate all the details. Enjoy the guilty pleasure of watching a little Netflix in your own room. Cook up some fish tacos with your complete kitchen. Six guests will fit comfortably with 1 king bed and en-suite bath, guest room w/ queen bed with bathroom/tub outside the door, and one queen size sleeper sofa. High quality linens and towels complement your plush cooling memory foam mattresses. Sink into the 14" memory foam with pillow top in the master bedroom. Enjoy a soak in the bath.

At night you savor the samplings of the international restaurant scene of Fort Myers. Or, cook at home in your well supplied kitchen.

We are located mid-island, so you can walk to everything from here or take the Free Tram or Trolley for .75 cents. Walking trails and Kayak drop, 2 blocks away. Bike paths make exploring the area an enjoyable ride. Parking is available on-site.

This property is a duplex home and is located on the 2nd floor.

We rent to mature adults. This home is for mature adults only. A rowdy crowd is not tolerated. 4 adults maximum 2 children A lease and photo id will be required. This is a family friendly street and not suitable for a rowdy crowd. Service animals/support dogs are not allowed as our family has SEVERE allergies.

Relax! If you can imagine it, it can be yours. "Sol y Mar II" is your home! Please look at the map, we are not OCEANFRONT but we have direct beach access via a deeded path to the ocean. FINALLY, PLEASE READ THE LEASE BEFORE BOOKING. If you can't located it, I am happy to send it to you. THANK YOU!

Great place!

It was our first time staying in Ft Myers Beach. The condo was just what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The owner was great at being available to help us out when we had trouble with the TV and the internet. It was a great location, close to the beach. Thank you!

The property was below average, at best . However it could have been above average but it’s just really poorly maintained. The pictures that are listed don't show how the property really looks. over flowing trash cans sitting right outside entrance for days , Laundry room was rusty washing machine, with exposed insulation in the walls. The coffee pot had rust on it, the other amenities provided were cheap and worn out. The entrance door looked like it had been broken into and not repaired correctly. The large vent for AC, was filthy and had visible signs of wear on the grid. Large oil stains on the broken concrete as we entered in to the place. All lawn chairs, coolers , etc provided were no usable, and in fact looked moldy. We had booked it for 12+ days , we left after 3 days because we paid a premium price for our stay and felt duped out of our money ! I have ALL the pictures to reinforce my findings.

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean, nicely decorated. Everything you need for the beach is provided. The master bedroom king bed is very comfortable. Perfect vacation get away location.

Great rental

We really enjoyed our stay. We spent a couple of days on the private beach access and then drive to Sanibel and Captiva the other two days. Private beach access area was not over crowded at all and very easy to access. The property itself had everything you could possibly need to make the most of your stay in FMB.

Highly recommend!

We just returned from a 3 night stay at this beautiful property. The owners made the whole process simple and were great with quick communication if we had a question. The property was beautiful. Clean and well-equipped. It was a very short walk to restaurants, shops, and private beach access, which was priceless. We basically had the whole area of beach to ourselves. When we looked further down the beach in either direction, there were crowds, but not where we were - it was WONDERFUL to have our own space on the beach! We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this home to anyone going to Fort Myers Beach!

Relaxing home away from home

My husband and I, along with sister and husband stayed for a week. The place was completely remodeled, clean, equipped with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. The beach was just across the street not even 1/4 mile and we were only a walk or a trolley ride away from town. Neighborhood was very friendly and safe. Grocery store and farmers market were close. We didn’t need a thing from owners while we were there but contact with them before we came was quick when we had any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay. This property is conveniently located, with just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and within walking distances to the grocery store and great restaurants. The owners have also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers and bikes for all to use. It is a lovely property and we would stay there again in a heart beat.

Perfect!

Just a 1/2 block to a quiet part of the beach! Well supplied with awesomebeach equipment(chairs, cooler etc). Kitchen had everything needed- nice pans! We enjoyed our outdoor seating areas and the quiet neighborhood. We checked out the farmers market(1 block north) and MoundHouse-also a short walk! Thanks for the great winter vacation!
