The room was large with all the amenities you need. Everything was spotless and our 2 night stay was the best we have had so far. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. You can walk to plenty of bars and restaurants and we find New Zealanders to be very friendly. Highly recommended.

Staff were polite and the room was very clean, however the bed was rock hard and the fact you are required to pay a bond on arrival isnt clear enough on the website, other than that id definitely stay again

Clean room great bed. Good check in easy. Only sticking point funny but toilet roll holder difficult to pull out paper get tearing. I wouldn’t fit one of those machines in motel

I only stayed 1 night recently. Although my wife has stayed as well and enjoyed being at the motor lodge. It was convenient for her while visiting me at Waikato hospital. She felt safe and parking was also good. Will be back again.

Clean room, friendly staff. We only just snagged the last available car park, which was a "small cars only" park. Luckily we had my husband's car and not mine, because then we'd be out of luck parking!
