Room was nice and clean. Had a good view of the ocean. Parking on site is difficult with the parking garage and being at the end of Waikiki there are better places to stay for the money. I also requested a late check out and they denied it unless I paid $50 for each additional hour. Overall our trip was good but the resort was average and I think there are better options in Waikiki for the money.

The building is old in everything. It really needs a renovation, especially, the carpet. Changes needs also on beds and curtains.
