Staff is rude. (Specially valet lady Synz) Booked an ocean view room, GOT A Diamond Head view. Will not be returning next year! Marriott you lost my yearly business.

Fabulous hotel, great mate to order buffet for breakfast, minutes away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend the hotel if you’d like to hustle and bustle Waikiki. Personally, I would stay at the hotel, but get a car rental and explore outside of Waikiki area.
