You have to pay for breakfast now when in the past it was free. Only had 3 towels for 4 people staying and no bar soap in room for sink, was able to get both from desk though. The location of this place is great! We have stayed here multiple times in several years, service just seems to be going down

For the most part, everything was fine. Great location. Close to shopping and dining. The bathroom did have several large clumps of hair on the shower ceiling that we thought was odd. We were told there was a bar open from 5-10 pm, but when we stopped by, the young man who was on duty basically told us he didn’t know how to make any of the drinks on the menu. They did have bottled beer and a couple of wine options, but you shouldn’t have someone on duty who isn’t basically trained to your menu. Easy parking, and we felt safe in the area.

I took an Uber from the airport and had my bags with me. It was too early for check-in but the clerk had no problem holding my bags for me. The hotel is near an outdoor mall with some dining options and I found something to eat while I waited. I checked in early (again, very accommodating) and found my room spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Finally, there was actually good water pressure in the shower. One reason I am not fond of traveling is the lousy water pressure, but this shower was probably the best I have had in a hotel.

Location is great! Central to shopping and dining woth no traffic noise. Room was clean and spacious. Only downfall was the walls are thin. Heard al the hallway noise, ice machine and people. If room had been quieter this would have been a 5.

Upon our arrival we discovered the room we had been guaranteed was going to be available had been given away even though we had called and were guaranteed we were getting the room we asked for. We were made to be put in a significatntly smaller and had to squeeze all 6 of us into a smaller room than we paid for

There was an a fire alarm we went out, after research they find out it is the elevator malfunction, we use stairs. I was expecting the proper notification and compensation but I don’t see anything so far
