We really liked this hotel for our family but they have started charging for breakfast even though it says it’s included in your stay so that was a bit inconvenient.

Not clean, nobody cares

This hotel is dirty. The lobby area, the hallways, and the rooms. The room I stayed in smelled like stale smoke. I ended up buying air freshener to try to get rid of the smell. The front desk staff seemed completely detached. They rarely looked up when I came in and if they did only occasionally acknowledged me. When the room was cleaned during my stay, it was it and miss. The first time the room was cleaned the bathroom trash wasn’t emptied, the sink wasn’t cleaned and then floor wasn’t vacuumed. The second time it was cleaned, the empty body wash wasn’t filled and two of the pillows didn’t have cases. It feels like everyone connected with this property just goes through the motions and does as little as possible. Such a shame, a few years ago, this was a decent hotel. I will not be back.

The hotel is in an excellent location however it did advertise a breakfast buffet but while checking in they informed me that there would be a charge for breakfast. This was not as advertised. I have stayed here in the past and breakfast was included

We were on the 1st floor. The original room's tv wasn't working so they moved us next door. We had gotten ready for bed and noticed the rug was damp. We got in bed and felt the bedding was damp. I got the blow dryer from the bathroom and dried the bed, sheets and pillows out enough to sleep. Then I showered the next morning and the fan did not work so it didn't take any of the moisture out of the room. We got ourselves together and checked out.

It was a nice hotel, near bridge Street . I didn't like the fact they didn't have a microwave in the room. But , overall, it was good.

Good for the night

Took our grandson on a sleepover like we do once a month. We order takeout and enjoy the amenities. The pool area was nice although it was pretty dirty and needed to be vacuumed and skimmed.
