Tämä mökki sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla rannan kävelyyn, ruokailuun, ostospaikkoihin tai vain rentoutumiseen! Kävele Sea St. Ranta- ja Keyes-ranta, joka on vain 120 askeleen päässä ovestasi. Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen mökki voi nukkua 6 ja on täydellinen lomakohde. Kaikki vuodevaatteet ja kylpypyyhkeet sisältyvät hintaan. Nauti ihanista merinäkymistä ja henkeäsalpaavista auringonlaskuista kannelta. Pulahtaa yksityiseen lämmitettyyn yhdistysalueeseen (Seasonal - 7. kesäkuuta työvuoropäivänä). Mökki on erinomainen kaikenikäisille lapsille. Joten lähellä rantaa, voit kuulla aaltoja. Mökissä on AC-koko, LED-televisiot asuintiloissa ja makuuhuoneissa, New Blue ray-DVD-soitin, vahva Wi-Fi-signaali sekä täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa Keurig ja tavallinen kahvinkeitin. Nukkuu 6 yhdellä kuningalla, 2 kaksoset ja 1 queen-ulosvedettävä vuodesohva. Ranta on täydellinen lapsille. Se on hiekkaranta, rauhallinen vesi, lämpimät temput ja harvoin tungosta. On monia ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia yhden kilometrin päässä mökistä. Ota päiväretki Martan Vineyardiin tai Nantucketiin lautan kautta, joka on hyvin lähellä. Mökki sijaitsee Cape Codin keskellä ja on täydellinen paikka päiväretkille missä tahansa Capeissa, kuten Provincetownissa.

We have been coming to the Cape off and on for 35 years and this is 100% the best place we have stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, steps from the beach, ocean view and in a very quiet neighborhood! My 6 yr old granddaughter loved the pool! Working with Tom the owner was pleasant and he was easy to talk too! We definitely would rent from him again and stay at this cottage.

A Perfect Cape Cod Vacation Location

I can't even imagine a more perfect location, a more adorable cottage, and a more responsive owner. We spent a week and visited up and down the coast, hitting the high spots knowing we had a clean, comfortable vacation rental waiting. I would love to return someday!

Great getaway

We had a great time. It was very comfortable and quiet. On my first day there, I found myself lying out on the deck, talking to my grandson on a sunny morning. We also spent time on the beach, which is within a few hundred feet of the residence. Owner is positive and communicative. Great lead and follow up. A super choice and one we will exercise again.

Like Home

The Cape is one of my happy places, specifically time spent in Hyannis and at Keyes Beach. This property ensured that my spouse and I were happy in one of our happy places. The location to the beach included being able to hear the ocean with the window open. The street was quiet, and the property included more than enough space for the two of us to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in Hyannis off season (April vacation for CT, but not for MA)! The host provided us with everything we needed and the location can't be beat! It's in a very walkable area, close to Main Street and the beach! We would love to come back again in the warmer weather!

peace!

perfect location, away from roads but walking distance to quaint hyannis main st, and very short walk to the beach, clean and confortable, perfect for a peaceful week , which we used to read and write. hope to come back. we would have liked a tad faster internet to download bibliography needed for the writing. but not complaining, this was fantastic week of peace, introspection, deep conversation, walks and chowda!!

A Gem!

We came to visit Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard and one of the best parts of our trip is this gem. It was the perfect size for 4 of us. Close to the beach and the seashell collecting was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We had some questions and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Nice comfy place to stay near the beach!

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable place for my sister and I to stay to enjoy the Cape Cod experience We had a great stay here! It was drivable in day trips to all of the activities we wanted to do! (Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, lighthouses, Ptown, etc.). Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). We have stayed at Breakwaters for several years and this was another wonderful experience! Will definitely be back!
