The front desk staff, the breakfast (delivered to our room) and the 24-hour airport shuttle were great! Our only complaint was that when we arrived late at night, they put us in a room that just had it’s carpet cleaned and it was still very wet and they had the heat on high (our glasses steamed over when we walked in)! When we brought it to the staff’s attention they moved us to the room next door…which again just had its carpet cleaned and was wet. So we had to move a 3rd time to a dry room but it didn’t have a king sized bed that we had booked. The staff member said the would talk to his manager and ask him to give us a reduced rate because of the inconvenience we had with checking in and giving us a smaller bed and after traveling for over 14 hours. But we did not get a discount and there was no more correspondence about the issue from the manager or anyone else.

A friendly welcoming quiet place, close to airport but not to downtown Juneau. They do provide scheduled shuttles to town if they fit with your plans. Also pick up from airport. Bring hot breakfast to room. Our room was tiny. But if we came back we would gladly stay here again.
