Let me start by saying the only reductions I madecwere a result of the external building cleanliness/ presentation. The condo was almost perfect. The view and waves were exactly as shown. So amazing!!! Very clean. I didn’t realize there wasn’t a dishwasher but that was my fault as it is not listed. Shower was great. The shampoo starter was only one travel size conditioner so we had to buy. Otherwise all starter supplies were perfect for about 4 or 5 days. Very happy. Towels were great. Soundproofing from neighbors was fantastic. The noise from the hallway outside was only loud because the bathroom window was open for ventilation. There was no elevator which we knew and were fine with. The condo is on the top floor. Parking spot was extremely helpful and assigned so it was always available for us. Location was really not walkable to anything other than beach Nextdoor and an attached restaurant. It was fine but I would have preferred to be closer to walkable restaurants. Costco and Walmart were not far away which was helpful. Mattress was not as comfortable as I would have liked but I’m kinda spoiled in that area so it’s probably fine for most. We planned on doing laundry before we left as we knew there was coin laundry on the first floor. It was very scary and we opted for a laundromat instead.
