Everything was very clean, the staff was very helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. We stayed here in 2018, 2026, and it will be our home away from if we ever have the privilege to visit Japan again.

I paid for a room on the 24th floor. Cost a bit more but the view is very worth it. Room was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a little high for the offerings in my opinion.
