Each $1,500+ bedding set (not including mattress/bedroom furniture) is wrapped in a luxurious Hotel Collection duvet, coverlet, quilted shams, alternative down comforter/pillows, mattress pad, and 600 thread count Egyptian sheets.

This unit faces East of the island and is a corner unit (offering more privacy) with hallway 1 side with 2 units and the other side with glass windows showing off a panoramic 180-degree ocean view from the 8th floor. Enjoy an OV from the minute exiting the elevator to the hallway into the unit and continuing OV from the lanai. 3 units on this wing share 2 elevators.

In July 2025, we just spent $15K+ to have a professional stone cleaning to scrub, polish, seal all the stone floors, bathroom stalls, kitchen and bath counter tops and the lanai. Hope your family will enjoy the freshness of a renovated unit.

Our property manager will meet, greet you at the lobby, assist you with the check-in at the front desk and provide an orientation at the unit

Due to high demand during Christmas and New Year. We only can rent one of the following options for each unit:
* 1-week Christmas (if more than 1 week and less than 2 weeks, please pad extra days before Christmas)
* 1-week New Year (if more than 1 week and less than 2 weeks, please pad extra days after New Year)
* 2 weeks Christmas and New Year together
Due to our AOAO requires a minimum of 6-night stay, we might not be able to accept any booking less than 6 nights or resulting the remaining nights before or after it less than 6 nights. e.g., there is 12-night slot. We cannot accept booking in the middle of it which causes 4 nights before it and 2 nights after it unbookable due to 6-night minimum regulations.
However, for a 7-night slot, we are very sorry that we will not be able to accept a 6-night booking.

As a valued guest of our Resort, we kindly ask that you please park your vehicle in the designated areas assigned to you. These areas are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure safety and convenience for all, it is important that drivers park only in their assigned spaces and always display a valid parking permit.
We also ask that you kindly refrain from parking in any unauthorized or restricted areas, including those assigned to others. If a vehicle is parked in one of these areas, it may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice.
Please make sure that your vehicle fits entirely within the designated parking space, without protruding or extending into any adjacent space, driveway, or walkway. For safety reasons, oversized vehicles such as limousines and extra-large vehicles that do not fit wholly within a parking space are not permitted to park at the Resort.

Starting from October 1, 2023, all owners, guests, and residents of Beach Villas at Ko Olina will be required to pay a nominal fee of $25 when registering a vehicle for overnight parking in association-owned parking stalls. This fee will cover the entire duration of your reservation at Beach Villas.

Changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total rent.

Please note the kiddie pool will close for repairs starting 10/13 and reopens 10/24.
