Great customer service! Our room was initially above the patio and it wasn’t a great first night as we can hear people chitchatting all night, I requested to be moved and they surely did move us to a much quieter room in 3rd floor. After moving, we accidentally forgot our phone and the house cleaner returned it! Kudos to their honesty! 👏 Breakfast is a plus. Location is a walking distance to Six Flags and Martha’s.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The rooms were impeccably clean, as was the rest of the facility. One of the highlights was the breakfast service — the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and ensured the area remained well-stocked and spotless throughout the morning. The location is also a major plus. It’s within walking distance of Six Flags and several other family-friendly attractions such as mini-golf and go-karts. During the summer season, there’s even a convenient trolley service available for just $1.50 per person, providing easy access to the village. Overall, this is a great hotel that I would highly recommend, especially for families looking to enjoy a fun and comfortable stay in the area.

Breakfast was okay..they have those quick waffle makers, that's always nice! Beds were 'okay' but not super comfortable. Rooms were nice size, plenty of pillows and linens. AC was a tad loud. Plenty of TV channels.

A Delightful Stay with Room for Improvement

I recently stayed at Country Inn by Radisson @ Queensbury Ny, and had an overall wonderful experience, thanks to the inviting ambience and exceptional amenities. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with tasteful decor that created a relaxing vibe throughout the property. The highlight of my mornings was their fantastic breakfast—perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, Pancake, biscuits and Gravy, and a delightful selection of bread and cereals that set the tone for the day. The hotel’s indoor and outdoor pools were a standout feature, offering a refreshing escape regardless of the weather. The indoor hot tub was an absolute treat, providing a cozy spot to unwind after a long day. The housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring my room was spotless and my needs were met with a smile. However, there’s room for improvement. Including complimentary drinking water with room service would be a thoughtful touch, as would ensuring the microwave and coffee maker in the room are thoroughly cleaned. Adding a room freshener would also elevate the experience, keeping the space feeling crisp and inviting. Overall, it offers a fantastic stay with great amenities and a warm atmosphere. With a few small tweaks, it could be even better! I’d happily return for another visit.

The front desk weren’t friendly enough to solve my problem. Additionally poor presentation of the snack deli, the tiny refrigerator in a super inconvenient wooden box, and a catsand-like smelling air made me never want to go there again.
