The property was really good. I came to check in to a room, and the pad for the door was not working since it was dead. Waited for someone to come in and change the batteries, which they said was 10 min, but it was more than 30 minutes. Then, the lady who came was a bit rude I asked questions about how it works and if the code I was given was still going to work, and her answer was, "It has nothing to do with the code it's just the batteries." Like, Ma'am, I'm sorry. I was just making sure I am still able to get inside the room. Also, we wanted the room service and no one came to our room and did anything. Other than that out of convenient and quiet I would rate it at 6/10.

Booked a 3-queen but got a 1-king

Reserved 3-queen for 5, got a single king bed. Empty lobby, zero staff. Hotels.com’s chat-only support trapped me in a 2-hour loop. “Full refund!” (as if we can fit 5 on 1 bed? 😒). Pushed back—was given a dingy motel room nearby. Never again.

Sanitation could have been improved. Mildew in bathrooms and the shower curtain smelled. The curtain rod was falling from the wall so the shower curtain sagged towards the middle of the tub.

This was my first stay at the property and I am very happy that we decided to stay here. Good value with a big room with two queen beds. Room included fridge, microwave and coffee facilities. It also included bathroom toiletries. The location was very central, close to the Nevada border and with easy walking access to the Heavenly gondola area for shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The furnace / heater did not work both nights and the temperature dropped to 55° in the morning. Asked front desk to check, but the same problem occurred on the second night.
