The building was brand new, with state of the art technology and eco friendly. The lady at reception desk was efficient, friendly and informative. John Henry who overseerd the breakfast was efficient friendly and even gave us a tour of the breakfast area & how to operate pancake machine. Good location central to everything & just down from the only drive in theater left in FL. Definitely would stay here whenever we visit Lakeland & it's the friendliest hard working staff with excellent customer service We have seen in a very long time. They even clean your room daily which few do anymore so that's a plus for me 😉

Clean room- good for a one night stay except for the noise from the road and the train. The windows were not good, we could hear the train all night long and the cars on the street as if the windows were opened.
