Very clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The only downside is that my group was a non smoking one and the casino there was smoking everywhere you turn. There was not a place to enjoy anything without being irritated by the cigarettes smoke. Nasty.

Bed & Pillows not comfortable - hurts back and head; didn't sleep well. Rooms need humidifier because room air is stuffy & dry; windows don't open. Elevators break down daily with guests in them.; little girl & people were trapped in elwvator for over 30 minutes. Long walk to room even when using elevator. Need additional elevators that work.Love the buffet at hotel. It is not included in price, but that makes the room less expensive. Rooms are soacoius with large view windows. However, we will NOT stay again due to unsaf/broken elevators, poor bed/pillows, and dry/stuffy rooms.
