Nice staff at the front desk. Restaurant was out of many things for dinner which was frustrating, I think we ordered 4 things- all of which were out. Breakfast was good- but out of ketchup, supposedly. Staff shrugged and said sorry we are out. Lobby is nice and clean, elevators are fast. Our room carpet was pretty worn and stained.

My bad experience

The hotel lobby was full of flys and they didn’t do nothing about it flys was landing on our food also on the free breakfast and the little appetizers they was offering with the free drinks the carpet was dirty also the beds was uncomfortable. I usually don’t complain but this hotel really needs to clean they carpet and update they room beds

We had issues with having our rooms cleaned. Ran out of basic stuff like towels and shampoo. Had to call multiple times. Our toiletries were taken out for whatever reason.
