Staff is always welcoming, property is kept and those hot cookies are always a treat. Unfortunately our room was not as clean as the last time we were there. The curtains were a bit tattered, the carpet has stains, the room seemed like it had not been updated in a while but even with all that, the towels were clean and bed was very comfortable.

Friendly staff, helpful reception desk. Room was clean but showed wear & tear. Bed was comfortable. Couch in Junior Suite was torn in a couple of places and the bathroom door had a hole in it. TV worked and then stopped working and then started working again.

I booked a room with a king sized bed over a week before my stay. When I arrived right at check in time, I was told they were sold out of king bed rooms (if i have a reservation for a king beds how could you be sold out of them) and was told i could only get a double bed queen room. I believe that because I booked when their rooms were cheapest, they decided they were going to give my room to someone who booked later. Also, I got charged for a service that’s free. Terrible customer service, terrible way of handling a paying customer, and i’ll make sure I avoid this hotel at all costs. I truly felt scammed out of enjoying my stay.

My second time staying here. I just love the ease of getting on and off the freeway to this hotel. It’s clean and the beds are probably the most comfortable beds I’ve been on. But I would say the vents in the bathroom need to be dusted.
