Unpleasant stay

I would not stay here again. The room we got had a strong odor of smoke. Apparently prior guests had smoked in it even though this is a smoke-free property. This property also doesn’t have elevators, so we had to hand carry our luggage to second floor. I could imagine it would be super inconvenient for guests with small kids/lots of luggages, etc. There’s little to no services. No complementary water for guests, which is a bummer. AC was pretty loud during the night, which woke us up. The only saving grace is that there’s a pretty fun game room and a nice pickleball court.
