Great location and rooms. Very nice staff and tons to do within walking distance. A little loud at night due to it being on a popular street but really not too bad. The higher the floor you can get the better. The only bad thing is parking but there is a lot across the street that is much cheaper. Would definitely stay there again.

Manager Derrick is a good gentleman in the front office who treated the guests with utmost respect and dignity and kindness. He's a nice guide too. He provided greater hospitality. About the property. Cons: Mobile shower is absolutely useless as the water flow is very weak. No microwave oven is available. So it's very difficult to heat the food. Water is not going out of the wash basin even though you tried to flush it down many times. There is no laundry bag there so you need to bring your own bags. Valet parking is a headache as it always blocks you moving around freely. Pros: Bed and pillows are very good and you will get a nice sleep for sure. TV screen is in the right size. Ambience is good Water bottles helps you a lot.

I am not sure but I think the bed in room 402 has lice. The day I checked in and spent the night I started to itch. The itching lasted all though out my stay. Also, if you’re planning on getting some work done in the room note that the lighting is bad, not enough lighting. Other than that, the room is OK.
