extremely BAD- DO NOT STAY OR BOOK HERE! We had to move hotels after the first night and they didnt offer us a refund- we found FRESH RED BLOOD on the sheets, rooms were EXTREMELY dirty (black mould, human hair clumps, broken furniture). this place is a HEALTH HAZARD, we wasted our time and money staying here. DUVETS are also VERY THIN, so dont expect to be comfortable even if your room is clean! We will never be back and would warn anyone against staying here, staff were very complacent and they seemed used to folks cancelling and leaving- and seemed annoyed with US. But we draw the line at fresh blood on the bed sheets!

Our beach bags to carry our essentials were checked for entry to the pool. I felt very offended by this. If you’re guest at the resort, this should not be a requirement to get into the pool area. The only requirement to allow access is to verify our room number. I ordered 3 drinks at the bar. I paid double the cost, over $60. The lady at the bar did not give a receipt to verify what I was paying for. She gave me a receipt to sign for payment. The drinks were offered in 8oz plastic cheap disposable cups. The lounge chair cushions are run down and disgusting to sit on. I have photos. My room could use some renovations.

The bald guy that checked me in for sure didn’t like me I asked for an upgrade and he gave me a price that was more than online. Then proceeded to give me the worst room possible the heating and ac system did not work in this room my wife complained the shower didn’t work properly there’s hotels closer for the same price go there don’t stay here Pool was fire though
