Puhdas ja nykyaikainen, tämä kolmitasoinen huvila (AKA Beach Therapy) on Miramar Beach Villan aidatulla kehityksellä ja on kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä yksityiseltä rannalta. Tämä intiimi yhteisö on yksi Scenic Gulf Drive -sivuston uusimmista kehityskohteista ja tarjoaa vieraille mahdollisuuden nauttia ylellisistä majoituksista, jotka ovat hinnoiteltuja kaikille. Tämä on neljän makuuhuoneen pohjapiirros, jossa on kaksi isäntä, kuningatar, parvi kuninkaan ja kuningattaren kanssa sekä eteinen. Spring Break Trip

The property was as described. It was very clean and had plenty of room for all seven of us. I liked that each bedroom had a bathroom. The beach is a short walk, about 5 minutes, but very easy to get to. A plus was that an umbrella and two chairs were included in the rental. The area is beautiful and close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

Good news; bad news

The good : The property was very clean and mostly more than adequate for our group. Loved the private beach access and that beach chairs and umbrella came with the rental. The property managers were great! The bad: the rear outdoor area was completely unusable. Due to construction on the upstairs balcony that was supposed to be completed, we were also unable to use the lower porch nor the grill, where we had planned to cook steaks. The area was a total mess, even had trash thrown about by the construction “workers. Still that way on June 29 when we left.

Hot location and clean property!

The check-in process was easy. This property was perfect for our family. The owners even provided beach/pool towels which was a nice bonus. Believe it or not, there were ENOUGH towels to accomodate our family and days of stay. I will return to this property.

Destin September 2022

Our annual Destin trip was coming upon us and we still hadn’t found a place in our price range since so many places raised their rental amounts out of our price range. We finally came across the listing for this house. Everything listed is just as it was. Everything in the house worked like it was supposed to. Location is fantastic to the beach and to restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great time, needs more essentials

This is the third villa we have stayed at and this was the one with the least essential needs available. The bed in the master bedroom upstairs is very flimsy and not sturdy. The kitchen was missing a lot of cookware, even bowls to eat cereal were not available. No beach essentials available (water boards,cargo cart,chairs) unlike another villa we rented last year that had all the above. The tv in the living room had a sound bar that did not work so the sound was only coming from the tv speakers which would get annoying at a certain volume level. My teenage children didn’t really care much for the small selection of board games that were available unlike the great variety that the villa from last year had. We love the location of the villas but this place definitely could be better equipped and could use some upgrading and more essentials available. Overall the place was clean and sodas were very comfortable to sit in and hang out in.

Annual family beach trip

This was our 4th annual beach trip with 5 kids and grandparents so 9 total and we had plenty of room! Maybe our best rental yet!! All four bedrooms were plenty big, had its own bathroom and all had its own porch/balcony. After reading some reviews we were a little skeptical of the kitchen and the third floor AC. But the AC on all three floors worked great. The kitchen was small but had adequate pots, pans and dishes. It did not have any condiments like salt and pepper etc. You’ll need more trash bags, dishwasher detergent and paper towels if you’re there for more than 3-4 days. No big deal as we were 5 minutes from Winn Dixie and 10 minutes from Publix. There’s a washer and dryer on the second floor that work very well. The walk to the beach was perfect. For the beach chairs and umbrella that comes with the rental, call in advance so they are ready for you. We didn’t have any issues so no need to communicate with the property manager. We received a text the day of check in with the front door code as well as the beach access code. We highly recommend this place!

Summer Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family. It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The location to the beach and beach set up was also a plus. We had 3 separate families staying this year and each of the bedrooms with separate baths was definitely perfect for our group. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you for keeping such a beautiful home. I work in hotels and I was genuinely 100% pleased with everything about this property.

Spacious, beautiful condo

My extended family rented this condo for the week. It was perfect for 6 adults and 8 small children. They were TVs in every room, even TVs for the top and bottom bunk beds! The beach was an easy walk across the street, even for the little ones. Beds were comfortable and furniture was very nice. Will absolutely stay here again :)

Close to beach but terrible wifi

Nice condo close to the beach, clean cozy. Lived all the space for everyone! Wish there had been more spoons, we had to buy plastic ones and never found the teapot. A kcup coffee maker really is a must today for that level of rental☹️, just had a very old mr coffee model, kinda nasty. Also- the tv doesnt work at all unless you have some sort of utube, netflix, whatever acct- no local tv, never got any of them set up except for main one. That was not disclosed in the vrbo info!!! Beware!! And wifi was really terrible!! Trying to work was difficult to say the least, butbit seems to be terrible all over miramar/destin area.

Nice vacation home for huge family

This home is nice and up to date, nice decor, each bedroom has it's own bathroom even a bunk bed in 2nd floor hallway. Flat screens in each bedroom. All the cookware you need right across the street from the private access beach. Only flaw there was dog hair on the floors here we walked with our socks on we picked up alot of hair. You have to bring ice because the refrigerator must not be hooked up to water line and built in microwave wasn't heating but the supplied a counter one. We would come back to this unit.

Vacation with Hurricane Sally

Great trip with our family. Rode out a cat 2 hurricane in the middle of the trip. Property managers were great to work with. Checked on us to make sure we were ok. They were several issues with the property but they were taken care of with urgency. Would rent through Harmony again.

Nice property

The house was nice and the area was very enjoyable. As with most of these type properties, the grills leave a lot to be desired. We like to cook out most evenings, but the grill just didn’t work out too well. The public beaches are the better choice; just a short drive. The porches are nice for the evenings. We definitely stay again...as long as there is a good BBQ grill!!

Beach Vacation

I chose this property to stay for the location and sleeping space. I have stayed at several properties and cannot day enough about the management and property. When we arrived the house was spotless and exactly like the pictures showed. The house was well decorated, had new fur attire, and all the amenities of home. We were just a short maybe 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Best Place I've Stayed in the Destin Area

Kudos to the owner of this home. Very well appointed, close to the beach and literally just steps to the pool. Loved all the porches- Balcones. We'll be back for sure.
