The hotel is in a wonderful location, a few minutes from the French Quarter. Michelle and Alexis at the reception were always friendly and did their best to accommodate any request. Unfortunately, however, the maintenance of the hotel requires improvement. Small faults such as a shutter that did not open and was not repaired, an empty shampoo container in the shower that was only filled after 3 days and repeated requests, a leaking faucet in the bathroom, a noisy air conditioner. Things that should not happen in a place that is regularly and closely maintained. Varied breakfast and quite generous, spacious rooms. If it were not for the maintenance issue, I would be happy to give 5 stars

I agree the breakfast was generally amazing. The room was spacious with full size fridge/ freezer dishwasher and electric cook top abd microwave. Bourbon Street in an eazy walk from the hotel also if you are in reasonable shape you can walk to the paddle wheel boats and Jackson Square and Cafe Du monde. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again and do recomend it. Parking is expensive though it cost 300.00 dollars for 7 days and an additional 200.00 hold onn my card for a security deposit for the hotel room. Only think i would change would be the car rental and the parking cost. Better to walk and take uber or taxi are lot cheaper over all

I had a bad experience on the last day of my stay at Homewoods Suites: someone who was not a guest chased me inside the hotel. He was in the elevator when I entered, and followed me after I started walking to my room. Fortunately, I was able to enter my room and call the lobby to report the incident and request extra security.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my teen daughter. We thought the room was clean didn’t have much of a view. However, the small kitchenette was convenient. The valet service was amazing as well as the people at the front desk for the most part. Location is perfect because you can walk to places or get an Uber. We decided to rent a car, but we didn’t use it much. Good morning breakfast was decent. Wish I had just a couple more options. However, it wasn’t bad. I would stay here again

The room was spotless and the smell of the room was nice.Dishes was excessible & Clean. The amenties was wonderful such as an extra Blanket,tea and coffee , a good Iron that wasnt scorched.Nice Tvs and beds were comfortable.The Staff was so professional. Michelle was amazing, verypleasant & profresional Arceley I think the manager was as well awesome. There was a gentle who would greet younext to elavator was great. Upon me & guest leaving another staff David was awesome.
