The hallways were dirty all the time, elevator was dirty too. Breakfast food items were frequently out of stock and if you asked breakfast staff about something they seemed annoyed. The laundry area had numerous broken machines and you could not use the machines without a specific card that was needed to be obtained by the front desk with an additional deposit. There were no signs in the laundry room explaining this so trying to do laundry was very difficult and frustrating. Overall, the staff was very polite and helpful but there are definitely some issues that could be addressed. I love Hilton hotels in general. This one has a lot going for it with location so close to the French Quarter. It just needs to fix issues with cleanliness, breakfast and laundry room.
