Elevators were slow, housekeeping staff use the same elevators as guests making for very cramped and busy elevators in the morning. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Personally I didn’t find the beds comfortable.

Parking was easy and secure. Staff was Friendly and Professional. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue that I had was that the A/C unit was too close to the bed, so it blew directly on me all night.

The hotel was a 3 star hotel. However, it was clean. My housekeeper Reyna was wonderful I do give her 5 stars. The extra fees you pay for are that included a restaurant, water bottle, and other things are pointless especially if you don't use them. It's like forcing someone to take something they don't want and still having to pay for it. I booked through expedia which gives the option to cancel the room a couple days before the booking. However, this hotel will charge you 7 days in advance. My thing is why do expedia have that as an option if thia hotel is doing that. I wouldn't book here again for those reasons.

This hotel was perfectly located for our touristy adventures. It wasn't very quiet but that was expected and I wish they had a mini fridge in the room for our leftovers. My only complaint was when checking out the clerk wouldn't give us our complimentary water bottle because she said it was done at check-in...but it wasn't. So basically she was calling me a liar without saying those exact words.

My son got robbed 2 min from this location, and on top of that a mandatory $40 vallet parking was unexpected and a $25 extra fee on top of that then 2 small extra charges, all this not included on price shown online
