I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was borderline rude and not welcoming at all, which set the tone from the beginning. The C2 floor had a noticeable unpleasant smell. Our room had barely any lighting, making it feel dark and uncomfortable. On top of that, there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the bathtub. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet basic expectations. I would never stay here again.

Everything was bad from checking in. We booked a large room but was told there is no large room when notifying front desk of how small the room was. Breakfast was nonexistent. Just hard bagels, stale bread, non very good coffee. The rooms were very dirty. Would never stay here again even if I was offered the room for free
