Staff was unbelievable and helpful however, two days I requested repair in the bathroom because only scolding hot water came out so for two days they did not fix it, they only fixed the sink so I had to shower at a friend’s house away from the hotel so for both nights I did not take a shower

Well renovated, well-maintained historical and charming hotel right on campus of West Point. Staff were helpful, & each room featured a different veteran’s biography. Overlooks the Hudson River. On site restaurant. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
