Staff helpful and friendly! Large rooms, somewhat updated but clean. Right in the heart of things to do and places to eat. Close to highway for quick in and out.

Check in/out was easy. Room was newly remodeled-perfect for our 5 day stay for a swim meet. Restaurants within walking distance. Close to mall/stores and movie theaters. Breakfast offered several options daily. Grandma cookie packs available every evening. We were unable to figure out the self-serve/pay bar (should have asked for assistance). The area was quiet (quiet hrs 10pm-8am) except for our last night-front desk handled the issue. Already planning to stay here next time we are in Ocala.

Property grounds were amazing many places to relax, which is very important especially outside. The pool was lovely. It certainly needs some tender love and care. The breakfast was good employees were nice and extremely helpful. I did have an issue with the cleanliness of the room, the toilet had stool smeared on the bowl. There was quite a few spiders and then when we pulled the sheets back, there was make up smearing and the sticky consistency on the king sheets. Also little black specks on the pullout couch blankets, I did investigate to ensure no bugs but was alarmed. I carry my own cleaning supplies and clean behind them anyways but many do not. Despite all this I’d probably book again if I needed to.
