Roaches everywhere. The shower would flood through the wall and into the rooms where I was almost electrocuted. They would not offer a refund so we just left. Terrible place.

Terrible. Do not stay here. No one was at the check in counter. Bed sheets were dirty. Window was broke. Door to adjoining room did not lock! Huge security concern so we left.

I was very very impressed being that it's a inexpensive hotel but the rooms were very clean smelled fresh everything was working and I would compare it to a three star to four star hotel. The staff was very friendly and everything that they had advertised was more than what I expected so all together I would give this the highest rating of any inexpensive hotel I've stayed in.

Extremely run down and dated, dirty towels and sheets, broken doors, walls and ceilings had stains everywhere. Only plus was being close to the harbor area but it wasn’t quite walkable.

Warning do not stay at harborview inn

We were in room 112 no heat at all the electricity didn't want to work in the bathroom the blow dryer didn't want to work it was freezing in the room all night we had to put whatever hot water was in the shower on to make like a steam kind of try to heat up the room the bed was horrible because when you try to lay on it the springs or something was hurting us severely and there was holes in the roof Holes in the floor and like you can see the wall had some damages and they had to try to repair it but they didn't fix it well but would really concern us we had no way to take a heater and put it on because the heater wasn't working it was just blowing out cold air and then we asked for a room with a bathtub when we checked in last night he said this is the last room we have left it was horrible horrible assistant shower and it was terrible it was really terrible I just could not believe they can rent that out

For the rate and the nice guy in the reception I have nothing but good to say. I think I lucked out and got an upstairs gable end room with a nice window and a view of sorts , BUT ! I have trouble with these unannounced 100 $ deposits; particularly when the room in essence is somewhat dilapidated; i.e repeatedly patched walls not repainted , cracks in walls and poorly laid clickboard flooring popping up in places ( they chose a good waterproof product; but it's hard to lay down..) I'm happy but my wife would NEVER stay here !

It was the most discusting place EVER! OUTLETS DONT WORK, MOLD EVERYWHERE IN THE BATHROOM, My feet turned black from walking across the floor. I can’t believe the Health Dept even ALLOWS this place to be open ! It’s that bad plus your Local Dealer are there and they rent rooms FT to people who look unfortunately like drug addicts. This place needs to be reported! DONT STAY Here it’s BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH and SAFETY!

Worst hotel in Oceanside

Horrible experience. Guy at front desk was extremely rude and even cussed me out when checking out because the door to the office slammed shut on its own. Rooms were disgusting with stains all over the curtains and lamp shades. Chips and cracks in the furniture and walls. Just book somewhere else.
