Dive hotel!

This place has rooms in the tower and ‘villas’. I thought I was reserving in the tower but ended up with a villa. The room had old ragged carpeting and was really dated. I went back to the front desk and complained and they said they had no rooms available in the tower. I was offered a ‘premium’ room. I had no choice but to take it. This room had a vinyl floor at least and no carpet. The mattresses were old and not very comfortable. The sink area is open to the rest of the room, so there’s no privacy when you’re trying to get ready. Just the toilet and shower were able to be closed off by shutting its door. The toilet was real low to the floor and the shower was in bad shape. I don’t recommend this place at all. They charge $38.00 a day to self park and also $25.00 a day for a resort fee. This place is NOT a resort!

At check in my room was not ready for 3 hours past check in time. I had dining reservations that needed to be cancelled as I was traveling with my pet. Post check out, my final invoice had to be requested and I am seeing double billing for pet fee, late check out, and daily taxes. My final bill was nearly double what I booked through Expedia. I called the hotel to request an explanation and was told that that there is no further explanation to the double billing. The hotel is old and hot. The staff is young and unable to assist with questions. Very poor experience.

Expected a more luxury room, was definitely not a Marriott or other higher end double tree hotels. Shower & shower curtain was disgusting. Bed was very nice, pillows were great! But the shower just felt nasty and old.

We booked this trip as a little staycation—our first getaway since welcoming our son into the world six months ago. With Grandma and Grandpa kindly babysitting, we were excited for some much-needed time to ourselves, though a bit anxious about leaving our baby for the first time. That anxiety melted away the moment we arrived at the front desk. Chris greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He took the time to ask about our stay and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. From check-in to giving clear directions to our room, everything was smooth and easy. What really stood out was that he remembered us by name the next time we passed through the lobby. There are hundreds of hotels in Orlando but I will be returning just because of the wonderful hospitality Chris showed us. Thank you Chris!! p.s The food was amazing as well. We ordered lunch at the pool and room service. 10/10 service and quality
