The staff was very friendly upon arrival and throughout check in. Our room was ready. It smelled fresh and clean. The pool area is nice and there is a small putt-putt course too. The proximity to SeaWorld is great - a quick 5-10 minute walk.

House keep left my door open

Not happy that fact that house keeping left my door open. My stuff could have easyly been stolen. I specially remember checking my doors was closed and when i came back the latch was between the door from closing. House keeping had no business going into my room when it was already serviced before. If my stuff was stolen i am sure the hotel would have said they were not responsible any stolen items.

OMG! Stairs and no elevator.

Didn’t realize till I got there that I had to go up stairs to get to my room. They charged a resort fee that I was not aware of either plus parking $38 per day. Will be using this hotel again.

The room was very damp and had an odor. The bathroom was outdated and had issues with the shower. The putt putt golf was destroyed and had yellow caution tape around it. The website stated there was a shuttle service but it was not available during our stay.
