Really enjoyed our time here as a guest. The variety of pools and things to do were great with smaller kids. Convenience of cashless was nice as well. Unit was slightly out dated with minor wear, but overall cannot complain. One item to be on the lookout for, is when you check in, they try and get you on a tour to get into a timeshare (which wasnt explicitly stated) by offering local discounts. Some might be interested in this approach and dont mind giving up some time for discounts, but we just wanted to do our stay. The individual we were passed onto after checking in to "activate our room keys" was a little pushy on this and we had to continue to decline before heading off. Whomever was checking us in was extremely nice, polite, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The property and activities were fine. Only complaint was that we were tricked into doing the Time share tour for 2 hours. The guy at the front desk told us we were not allowed to use all three the pools, which was a lie, unless we paid fees per person, or it was free for our entire family of 8 if we took the tour. He also promised us free passes for tube rentals and activities, which was a lie. We contacted management, but the issue was never resolved, and they never contacted us. Most likely this is the fist and final time we will be using this place.
