The overall stay wasn’t the worst. The room was pretty nice. Worst part of the entire trip was the “tour” that we participated in. It took 3 hours, not 90 minutes like they said. On top of that, our sales person had a nasty attitude

Definitely a great resort & stay destination. I wish i could have used my IHG rewards with my booking, as i didnt get a choice to upgrade my stay to a better resort room. That was the only downside to my stay.
